When to Schedule Your Maintenance Visit
The best time for your annual air conditioner maintenance is in early spring before you turn your AC system on for the first time that year. This gives us a chance to clean and adjust all the components, so you get optimum efficiency from the first day you use your cooling system.
Likewise, you should schedule furnace maintenance in early autumn before it’s time to switch to heating for your home. This offers the opportunity for us to clean out dust and debris before you notice that unpleasant burning smell as dust burns off at the beginning of the season. However, if you haven’t scheduled service for the past 12 months, it’s never the wrong time for a maintenance call.
