Two years ago we purchased a home in Fairfield Glade that had a new ac/heat unit installed two months prior to our purchase (Sept.). In November of the same year, we called the installing ac company as our home wasn’t heating. We were told that the unit was too small for our home (1,600 sq ft) and that they would credit us a small amount toward a new, larger unit). The cost was greater than $8,000 and we declined. Now, two years later, we decided to bite the bullet. We called Action for a second opinion. Their tech came out and found that the original unit had never had the heater wired in!! We paid a $50 service fee and now our heater is working very well! Thank you for your honesty!! We will definitely refer friends to Action for their heating/ac needs!
